Add some protein to your Salt & Vinegar experience

How many times daddy gotta tell ya to buck up and get some protein in your diet? And how many times momma gotta tell ya to quit being wasteful? “Alas!” you say, “Salt & Vinegar chips ain’t got much protein!” And “I can’t handle the burn of eating the Salt & Vinegar remnants at the bottom of the bag!” you cry, “I just throw them away.”

Quit being such a wasteful whiny baby.

I’m here to tell you that you can handle the burn. You can get the protein that helps you build healthy muscles. And you can make it delicious.

“How can I possibly do that?” you ask. Kill two birds with one boiled egg. That’s right. Boil yerself an egg. Then peel that sucker (a crucial step). Plop that moist white glob into your nearly empty S&V bag. Finally, shake it like a Polaroid, remove, and eat. You’ll have those delectable and crunchy Salt & Vinegar remnants stuck to your soft and supple egg. This gives the egg the salt it needs to bring out its flavor as well as the added bonus of a little crunchy texture (previously, only gotten by eating the shell). While you can try this trick with any old bag of potato chips, the vinegar is not something to take lightly. It gives the tried and true egg some much needed tang. And if you don’t like tang, then you’re reading the wrong website. Go read www.LameRegularBoringChips.com instead.

Tip: I like to take a bite of the egg and repeat the process to maximize the experience. If you’re sharing with a friend who believes in something called the germ theory, be sure to check if they’re cool with your dirty double dipping.
